Task

Plan, direct, or coordinate quality assurance programs
Formulate quality control policies and control the quality of laboratory and production efforts
Collect and analyze production samples to evaluate quality
Analyze the results of quality control testing and provide responses and interpretations to management or production staff
Stop production if there is a serious product defect
Monitor the performance of the quality control system to ensure work effectiveness and efficiency
Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors and contractors

Administrative

Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, such as managing words, managing documents and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
